• Ensuring that all betting activity in the account is your own and not carried out on behalf of another person.

megg88 will not be responsible for any losses arising from a member's failure to keep their login information secure. All transactions carried out through your account are considered valid and authorised by you.

5. Deposits and Payments

megg88 offers a range of payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. Deposit methods currently accepted are:

• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major local banks)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC, ETH

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50. Funds will be credited to the account once payment is confirmed by the system. megg88 does not charge any processing fee on member deposits.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made using the same payment method used for deposits. The withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours from the time the request is received.
• All related wagering requirements must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before the first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.

Accounts that have not completed the identity verification process may experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is complete. Members are encouraged to complete account verification immediately after registration to avoid any disruption.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

megg88 offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit amount up to RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, a bonus of RM100 will be credited making your balance RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500. If you deposit RM1,800, a bonus of RM888 will be credited making your balance RM2,688. The wagering requirement to be met is RM888 × 15 = RM13,320.

7.2 General Promotion Terms

• The bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system will result in the bonus being voided and the account may be closed.
• Other promotional offers may have their own terms and validity periods as stated in the respective promotion terms.
• megg88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice.

8. Responsible Gambling

• Any action intended to disrupt, damage, or manipulate the platform's systems.

10. Account Closure

10.1 Closure by Member

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the megg88 customer support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all active wagering requirements tied to bonuses must be completed, or the relevant bonus funds will be forfeited.

10.2 Closure by megg88

megg88 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A request from a relevant lawful authority.
• Failure by the member to provide identity verification documents when requested.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, megg88 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including:

12. Changes to Terms
